Flux
6min 19sec/ video / color/ 2023 'Flux' is an experimental film that takes viewers on a journey through fluid scenes, where undulating waves, floating ice, and swirling galaxies unfold. This visual poem, fusing the physical texture of cameraless film with digital elements, muses on all things water. Changing states, mutable forms, and flowing associations invite the viewer to relax their mind and let their spirits float along for the ride, evoking ever-changing natural phenomena. Arcalis
12min 45sec/ video/ color / 2022 A cosmic panorama of dazzling silver forms and specks of light unfolds. The viewer is led on a quest for paradise in shades of green and fantasies of unknown space. Telesto
13min 19sec/ video/ color/ 2020 Light-filled sequences of fictional environments unfold, evoking a historical site, futuristic cityscape, and silvery moonscape. Laomedeia
11min 4sec/ video/ color/ sound/ 2019 Laomedeia is an experimental video that travels through transitional spaces, which continuously unfold into different dimensions in a nonlinear trajectory. The migrating elements, such as water, birds, and trains, guide the viewer to navigate between painterly compositions of oceanic landscapes and cosmic spaces. Blink
2:10 / 16mm black and white film transferred to digital video /silent / 2017 Through the visual manipulations of filmstrips, this film explores presence and absence, light and shadow. Photograms are created onto 16mm film, using various false eyelashes, artificial hair and other textural objects. Brief bursts of light and patterns of intertwining lines create distinct rhythms, which evoke a blinking eye. Ganymede
9 min / video/ sound / 2016 Ganymede is an experimental video in which the viewer is immersed in an abstracted world of rippling waves, vibrating foliage, and migrating populations. Organic textures continuously reshape each frame, conjuring up granular forms, nest-like structures, and undulating stars. The dissemination of pixelated light and sonic elements transports the viewer to a new dimension of space and time. |

Enveloped in pure colors, elusive existence and frigid weather events, an imaginary landscape resonates with the constant state of perceptual ambiguity. Through the accumulation of time, the imagery creates a threshold between reality and imagination.

io is an experimental video that moves through unexpected transitions of tactile space, fusing the real and virtual. Light-filled red and yellow environments evolve from cosmic space to cellular architecture and natural forms. Exploring imagined and dreamt realms, a distant being travels beyond the current limits of perception to reveal the surreal landscape of fiery and liquid moon.

Callisto is an experimental video that travels through surreal scenes which move in and out of abstraction and representation. Paintings, photographs, and videos are layered to build sculptural structures and poetic movements. A fluid scene that unfolds into other worlds visualizes micro and macro spaces through a contemplative point of view. Tension between organic and digital, painting and moving image create new dimensions in space and time.

I explore the medium's materiality by working with the physical properties and textures of both the objects and the film itself. The film is created by placing objects directly onto the surface of raw film and exposing them to light. This process transforms three-dimensional objects into two-dimensional images, which re-emerge in motion on the screen, creating distinct rhythms. The flashing images shift between clarity and ambiguity, smooth and rough textures, evoking imagery such as organic structures, cells, and particles in space. Through an experimental blend of graphic contrast and the interplay between light and shadow, I investigate how familiar objects transform into unfamiliar visual forms, challenging our perception.
